1) Your friends - or anyone who would usually keepn you company when you have binged before. If they
are the sort of people who encourage you to go on a "bender" or get "blotto" then it is time to think about
just how good friends are to you. Hopefully they will be supportive and help you.

2) Your success plan - most life goals are never achieved because they are not planned properly. So consider
what should form part of your success plan. An idea could be that you don't go out as early as you normally do. This
then cuts down your drinking time. Plan a success strategy and let your supportive friends know what you want

success is about taking action. It also suggests that "trying" to do something is less likely to be successful
as commiting yourself and just doing it.
