CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy looks are how we think and aims to change “wrongful” or “unhelpful” thinking into more resourceful and useful thoughts. 3) Stress management – sometimes stress, worry or anxiety can cause sleeping problems. Learning how to release and manage your stress levels can help make a big difference.
